1. Who is responsible
The apps are developed and published by IGS Perfect Apps. For privacy questions or requests, email igordutra20141997@gmail.com.
2. Information processed
The emulators do not require you to create an account with IGS Perfect Apps. Your library, preferences, imported game files, saves, and save states are stored on your device.
The free editions show ads provided by Google AdMob. The ads SDK may process data such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, general device information, and diagnostics, depending on your settings, consent, and Google policies. IGS Perfect Apps does not receive your payment card number or control data Google processes to provide ads.
The apps do not use this information to build their own user profile. Information you voluntarily send to support, such as your email address and message, is used to respond to and handle your request.
3. Ads and privacy choices
The free editions may show banner, interstitial, and, where available, rewarded ads. Google may use identifiers and other information to prevent fraud, measure ads, and personalize them where your choices and region allow.
Where required, the app presents the consent choices provided by the ads platform. You can also change ad privacy choices in the app under About. The PRO edition has no ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy to learn how Google handles data.
4. Optional Google Drive backup
Google Drive backup is available in the PRO editions and works only if you connect a Google account. The app uses Google authorization to access the Drive app data area and save or restore your backup. Depending on your settings, a backup may contain saves, save states, settings, cheats, patches, and optionally imported game files.
These files are uploaded to your Google Drive account; IGS Perfect Apps does not keep its own copy of the backup. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Drive. You can disconnect your account in the app settings or revoke access in your Google account settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete files already uploaded to Drive; you can remove them in Drive.
5. On-device storage
Selected game files, progress data, and preferences are processed locally for emulator features. The app only accesses files you choose to import or share with it. Uninstalling the app may remove its local data; keep a backup if you want to preserve it.
6. Your controls and requests
You can manage ad consent in the choices shown by the app, use the ad-free PRO edition, disable or disconnect Google Drive, and erase local data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. To request information or ask about data sent to support, contact igordutra20141997@gmail.com.
Google AdMob, Google Play, and Google Drive also process information under the terms and controls they provide.
7. Children
The apps are not directed to children and do not ask for personal information to create an account. If you believe a child sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and remove the message where appropriate.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the apps, services used, or applicable obligations. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
